However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, or other Content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The actual colors and appearance of Products you receive may vary depending on your device’s display and other factors beyond our control.

All Products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that any item will be in stock at the time of your Order. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products we offer, to discontinue any Product at any time, and to restrict sales of Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. Any offer for any Product made on the Services is void where prohibited.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Services may not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping, handling, or other charges, which will be added to your total where applicable and shown to you before you complete your Order. Payment must be received and authorized in full before we dispatch your Order.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We will make reasonable efforts to ship Products within the estimated timeframes indicated at checkout; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds practices are described in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Unless otherwise stated, you may return eligible Products within the specified days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
